-Reduce your blood cholesterol
-Reduce your blood pressure / hypertension
-Reduce your stress level (to prevent your blood pressure from going up)
-Control your glucose(sugar) levels / prevent diabetes mellitus from happening
-Control your weight (obese & overweight people are more prone to heart failure)
-Be physically active
-Have natural menopause (not having your uterus and ovaries removed or HRT)
-Don’t smoke
