5) Use criticism constructively - be positive and focus on finding the solution not the problem
6) Stay in control - focus on what you know and find out whatever you don't know later.
7) Don't be afraid to ask - this will buy you ome time to prepare yourself
8) Stop & think - Nothing strengthen authority so much as silence
9) Be honest - don't blag but impress them with how quickly you can find out the answers later.
